The Beneficiary Fund

Purpose

The purpose of the Mississippi Association of Vocational Agriculture Teachers' (MAVAT) Beneficiary Fund is to make expression of sympathy to the beneficiary of the most recent deceased fellow worker. Every expression will be of inestimable value in meeting a need in time of sorrow and emergency. To be a part of such an admirable cause gives to every member of the Beneficiary Fund a heart that expresses respect and love for one another.

Testimonies

C.M. Brewer says " I’ve been a member since its inception. In consideration of positive statements that I have heard from recipients; my conclusion is that it’s one of the best investments that I have ever made."

Rodney Childress when asked what the Beneficiary Fund meant to me said "The Beneficiary Fund has been an asset to the vocational program. It's always good to be able to contribute in a small way to the family of the deceased Vo-Ag teacher. We are family!!!"
